Our complete line of manual and pneumatic, semi-automatic tubing cutters is ideal for cutting most flexible plastic and rubber tubing materials as well as heat shrink tubing. Suitable for clean room and industrial environments, our tubing cutters are durable and precise. Whether cutting silicone rubber or medical tubing, all Clean Room Devices’ flexible tubing cutters will provide years of reliable use.
Affordably priced, the manual tubing cutters are well-suited for R & D and prototype design as well as full-scale production. Our tubing cutters are widely used by the medical device industry. All tubing cutters feature stainless steel chevron or razor blades to provide a clean cut. All of our tubing cutters, except the benchtop tubing cutters, are equipped with a precision scale in inches and millimeters. Coupled with the adjustable slide block, it’s easy to accurately adjust and maintain tight tolerances. Our cutters can be ordered with an optional certified scale.
Medical tube cutters: Our tube cutting machines are well suited for medical tube cutting applications. They feature clean room compatible construction, are able to hold close tolerances on cut lengths and have both metric and imperial scales mounted to their bases. These cutters employ stainless steel blades to cut medical tubing without contamination.
Flexible tube cutters: Our tube cutters are capable of cutting many types of flexible tubing. This includes pre-cut straight tubing as well as tubing off of a spool.

Our line of tube fitting inserters, also known as tubesetters, are designed to insert plastic and metal fittings, or connectors, into most types of flexible tubing. Our manual and semi-automatic tubesetters accommodate simple luer fittings as well as complex multi-barb geometries including Y, T, elbow, and union fittings. Our fitting inserters work equally as well for filter and manifold assemblies. Designed to reduce repetitive stress injuries, our ergonomic tube fitting machines also increase production volume.
TUBING EXPANDERS »
We offer application specific tubing expanders, also referred to as tubing spreaders or tubing stretchers, for use with most types of flexible plastic tubing. For semi-rigid tubing such as Teflon, nylon, and polyethylene, we offer heavy duty and heated tubing expanders. We also offer time delay tube spreaders activated by using a foot pedal. Our 3-jaw tube stretcher is ideal for applications using silicone or latex tubing. We offer a complete line of medical tubing expanders designed for safety and repeatability.
Medical tube expanders: Our tube expanders are well suited for medical tube expansion operations. They feature clean room compatible construction and are able to expanding medical tubing accurately, with highly repeatable results. All of our tube expanders feature stainless steel jaws to prevent contamination during expansion. Also, are expanders are extremely easy to validate. Our expanders are equipped with pressure gauges, accurate jaw gap adjustment mechanisms and time delay relays to set expansion time. This makes tube expansion very repeatable. Our heated tube expanders are well suited for expanding semi-rigid tubing such as Teflon and ethylene.
Flexible tube expanders: Our tube expanders are capable of expanding many types of flexible tubing. Our flexible tubing expanders can be used with either tapered or straight jaws, depending on the type of tubing to be expanded.
