Custom Straight Jaws

Our tubing expander jaw sets are precision machined from high quality 17-4 PH (aka SAE Type 630) medical grade stainless steel for our non-heated tubing expanders. Each set consists of a paired, upper and lower jaw.

Our custom straight jaws are made to fit the ID of the tubing closer than our tapered jaws. If you are expanding tubing such as C-FLEX or EVA, our straight jaws will give a more consistent expansion.

Our standard sizes are:

For tubing sizes:

3/32 (0.093) I.D. tubing –  0.088″ Diameter x 0.265″ Length

1/8 (0.125) I.D. tubing –  0.120″ Diameter x 0.375″ Length

5/32 (0.156) I.D. tubing –  0.150″ Diameter x 0.500″ Length

3/16 (0.188) I.D. tubing –  0.182″ Diameter x 0.563″ Length

1/4 (0.250) I.D. tubing–  0.245″ Diameter x 0.750″ Length

5/16 (0.3125) I.D. tubing–  0.307″ Diameter x 1.00″ Length

3/8 (0.375) I.D. tubing –  0.370″ Diameter x 1.125″ Length

1/2 (0.500) I.D. tubing –  0.490″ Diameter x 1.125″ Length
