Fitting Inserter Jaws

Fitting inserter jaws are machined from natural Delrin and are sized to accommodate the O.D. of a wide range of industry standard tubing. Available sizes: 3/32″ – 9/16″. Please specify the tubing O.D. when ordering so we may provide you with the best fit.

Description

The CRD600 Automatic Fitting Inserter is an ergonomic assembly device that inserts a fitting into the end of a flexible tube. This barbed fitting inserter uses smart relay technology and pneumatic action to achieve precise repeatable action. Throughput will improve and repetitive stress hand injuries will decrease. An optional alcohol dispenser is available.
