The CRD140 is a  semi-automatic, pneumatic tabletop device engineered for precision and speed in production environments. With extended measuring capability, it ensures superior accuracy up to 16 feet. A foot pedal makes this flexible tubing cutter ergonomically friendly and easy to operate. Precision-crafted for industrial and cleanroom use, the CRD140 offers thousands of hours of proven operational reliability.

The cutter includes a high-accuracy scale with both inch and millimeter graduations and can be ordered with an optional certified scale. It’s available with either an imperial or metric tape measure, providing versatility for your measuring needs.

Medical Tube Cutter Applications: Our CRD140 tube cutters are ideal for medical tubing applications. Designed with cleanroom-compatible construction, they maintain tight tolerances on cut lengths and include both metric and imperial scales mounted on the base. The CRD140 utilizes stainless steel blades to cut medical tubing cleanly, minimizing contamination risk.

Flexible Tube Cutter Capabilities: The CRD140 efficiently cuts various flexible tubing types, including pre-cut straight tubing and tubing directly from a spool. It’s especially effective as a 1/16 tubing cutter, delivering clean, precise results.

Plastic Tube Cutter Features: This cutter is compatible with many types of plastic tubing, including PVC, urethane, and multiple thermoplastics. The CRD140 delivers clean, reliable cuts across a wide range of plastic materials.

Technical Specifications

  • Cuts most flexible tubing, non-metallic braided tubing, and heat-shrink tubing from sizes 1/16″ (1.5mm) through 1/2″ (12.5mm) using either a stainless steel razor blade or a stainless steel chevron blade.
  • Recommended for tubing with a Shore A durometer of 100 or less, preventing burrs, deformation, or excessive wear.
  • Interchangeable Blade Bushings:
  • Cut Lengths:
    • From 29/32″ to 24″ (23mm – 609.6mm) on the printed base
    • Up to 16 feet (4.88m) with stainless steel tape measure and stop block
    • As short as 1/16″ (1.59mm) with optional adjustable stop pin
  • Requires 100–120 PSI air supply
  • Includes 90-day parts and labor warranty (see user manual for details)
